There are certain things you can count on in life. First of all, taxes will be due every year. Secondly, everyone is born, and everyone will die. Third, if you live in Northern Indiana for more than a year or two, you will deal with extreme temperatures. Winter brings polar vortexes and sub-zero extremes, and your pipes can only take so much!
