Flooded house in LaGrange, IN

This flooded home in LaGrange, IN was the result of a broken water supply line to a washing machine. water flowed through the bathroom, into the hallway and even reaching the kitchen. 

This job will show you the hidden unseen damage that water damage can cause. This house had multiple layers of flooring. Ceramic tile, linoleum, and underlayment before reaching the main subfloor. We use moisture meters that can detect moisture content through several layers. In order to dry out the main subfloor properly we needed to remove the multiple layers of flooring to reach the subfloor. Once all the layers are removed we are able to set up our drying equipment and make sure the structure is thoroughly and properly dried.
